No Vendor Fee - Just Sign Up, Show Up and Sell
Booth space is free. We keep it that way because we believe in lowering barriers and letting the community decide what it loves. Food trucks are handled separately through Ryno Repair.
Looking for Open Mic Signups Instead?
If you want to perform during the market rather than apply as a vendor, use the open mic page instead.
Go to Open Mic →Everyone's Welcome
Farmers, bakers, makers, crafters, resellers, flea market vendors - if you've got something to sell, we want to hear from you. Not sure if you fit? Fill out the vendor form and we'll get back to you right away.
Food truck operators: please reach out to Morgan at Ryno Repair directly at RynoRepair@gmail.com (city food service permit required).

A Few Things to Know
Setup & Teardown
- Setup runs in two waves: spaces 1-20 unload first, and spaces 21-30 may not pull onto the lot until 9:15 AM. We will share your wave in the Friday booth assignment email. These times are firm.
- If you are assigned a space between 1-20 and you arrive after the 9:15 AM cutoff, you cannot drive in. Wagons will be available to help move your items.
- If you are in spaces 21-30, please keep your vehicle off the lot until 9:15 AM so vendors in spaces 1-20 can get unloaded and moved.
- Pull up to your spot, unload, then move your vehicle to the church parking lot across the street. Vendors should not park on the Ryno lot, that parking is for customers.
- If you sell out early, you may pack up by wagon or cart, but no vehicles until 1:00 PM.
- No breaking down early unless you have sold out or you have let Morgan or Heather know in advance that you need to leave early.
Conduct & Safety
- Tents must be properly weighted for wind safety.
- No smoking on the property.
- Vendor pets are not permitted at your booth. Leashed customer pets are welcome.
- No sales before 10:00 AM. Morgan will announce when it is 10:00 AM.
- Blue Earth Community Market is focused on food, makers, small business, and community. To keep the market welcoming and centered on that purpose, political campaigning, candidate appearances, political party booths, petitioning, and the sale or distribution of political merchandise or campaign materials are not permitted.
