How to Become a Vendor

From your first sign-up to your first market day

Part 1 — Register on the Website

Visit the Vendors Page
Go to blueearthcommunitymarket.com/vendors to find the vendor application and all the info you need about booth details, market rules, and what to expect.

Apply
Fill Out the Vendor Application
Complete the short form on the page. You'll share your business name, contact info, what you sell, and booth size needs. You'll also read and agree to the Vendor Rules & Guidelines before submitting.

Your application has been received! Market admins will follow up by email within 3–5 business days. In the meantime, go ahead and sign up for your market dates below - the more you plan ahead, the better!
Part 2 — Pick Your Market Dates

Don't Wait!
Head to the Vendor Sign-Up Page Now
You don't need to wait for approval to reserve your dates. Visit the sign-up page and claim the Saturdays you want - spots fill up! Admins will confirm everything by email within 3–5 business days.

Date Selection
Choose Your Market Dates
You'll see all 26 Saturdays from May 2 through October 31 listed with available slots. Pick the ones you want to attend.

Sign Up
Select the Dates You Want
Click "Sign Up" next to each Saturday you plan to attend. Enter your name, email, and business name. You can sign up for as many or as few dates as you like.

Manage
Cancel or Change Dates Anytime
Can't make it? Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel a date. Just do it before Monday at 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM on Monday, signups for that Saturday are closed.

Let Us Know You're Coming
Each week you attend, help promote your presence! Post on your own Facebook page and tag the market, or send us a photo and caption to share from the market page. Vendors who promote get promoted.

Market Day
Arrive, Set Up, and Sell!
Setup runs in two waves. Vendors in spaces 1-17 unload from 8:30-9:00 AM, and vendors in spaces 18-28 unload from 9:00-9:30 AM. We will tell you your group in the Friday booth assignment email. After unloading, move your vehicle to the church parking lot across the street. Vendors should not park on the Ryno lot, that parking is for customers. Market opens at 10:00 AM. Standard booth is 12x12 ft. Bring your own tent, table, and weights.
