Owner Elizabeth Pope began baking after starting her sourdough journey a few years ago. Learning to make bread from scratch grew into pies, danishes, cinnamon rolls, pretzels, bagels, pizza, and more.
After sharing loaves and treats with friends and family, Elizabeth spent her first farmers market season in Winnebago this summer. She is now bringing Blissful Baking to Blue Earth as she grows her small business close to home and family.
Popular choices include jalapeño cheddar and cheddar ranch sourdough loaves, sourdough pretzels and English muffins, along with cinnamon rolls and brownies. Elizabeth aims to keep her breads affordable while offering generous portions.
