ROCKIN’ RYNO MARKET TAKEOVER WEEK keeps pouring on the good stuff.
Today’s featured act is Hygge Coffee, bringing freshly roasted small-batch coffee and cozy local energy to the lot for a full weekend of community fun.
Hygge is a Scandinavian term that represents coziness, well-being, comfort, and contentment, and Tim and Jayde Faugstad hope their coffee brings that feeling to the people who share it.
Hygge Coffee roasts and sells whole bean and ground coffee, with rotating origins that give the community a chance to enjoy a variety of flavors from around the world. Their current market lineup features Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, and Peru, and they are also adding cold brew pods for an easy at-home summer coffee option.
Their coffee is roasted fresh in small batches and sold locally with the goal of delivering a smooth, quality cup that brings a little joy and comfort to the day.
We’re turning up the volume all week as we count down to the next live music event on the lot Friday night, then keeping the energy rolling into the Blue Earth Community Market on Saturday.
