We’re proud to spotlight Blue Earth Cooperative Bakery, a weekly market favorite known for artisan bakes made right here in Blue Earth.
Led by Heather McElyea-Chunn, the bakery brings a lineup of small-batch sourdough breads, focaccia, scones, cookies, cakes, and seasonal kringla. Everything is handmade with care, and each market day gives visitors a chance to grab something fresh, local, and genuinely special.
Blue Earth Cooperative Bakery is also part of a bigger story. Bakery sales help support the preservation of the historic cooperative building tied to the business, which makes every loaf and every treat part of something meaningful in town.
