We are excited to spotlight Vita’s Tamales, bringing traditional Mexican food and family recipes to the Blue Earth Community Market.
Owner Ma E Raminez shared that the business grew from the tamales her grandmother made for family celebrations. After moving from Mexico to Texas, she kept that tradition alive by cooking for family and friends. Over time, more people began asking her to make tamales and other dishes for their events, and that is how Vita’s Tamales was born.
At the market, she will be offering tamales and other traditional Mexican foods, with tamales in flavors like chicken, pork, cheese, and cheese with jalapeño.
What makes Vita’s Tamales special is the care behind the food and the quality of the ingredients she uses. She is also excited for the chance to spend more time with the community and help more people get to know her business.
