Say hello to Prop-Able, an experimental growing operation rooted in sustainability, curiosity, and community.

For public market features, the team prefers to go by Rose and Drippy. They grow indoor hydroponic food and houseplants using low-power methods, including partially solar and eco-focused growing systems.
Their journey started with a simple question: why were their plants not growing well with their earlier equipment? That question led to deeper study in horticulture, light science, and practical experimentation. The result is a flourishing garden built on simple, repeatable techniques and a lot of hands-on learning.
One of their customer favorites is their baby spider plants, loved for their easy care and indoor air-cleaning benefits.
What makes Prop-Able especially unique is that they grow year-round, and they may be the only indoor food propagation operation in the area. Their work is also part of a bigger vision, using cultivation knowledge and practice to help restore their century homestead.
They moved to Blue Earth after buying their first home together sight unseen, ready to put down roots here. We are glad they did. We are also proud to feature Prop-Able as a 100% neurodivergent-owned business at the market.
Come meet Rose and Drippy at the Blue Earth Community Market and see what they have growing.
