Owner and baker Wensdae Mitchell is also a writer and published author, and that blend of baking and storytelling shows up in everything she creates. Bread and Book Bakery offers small-batch sourdough breads, sweet baked goods, and thoughtful Blind Date with a Book bundles that pair a cozy read with treats.
What started in Wensdae’s kitchen has grown into a business built on comfort, creativity, and connection. Her porch stand is a self-serve extension of that same welcoming spirit, stocked with fresh sourdough, baked goods, published books, and book bundles wrapped with care.
